It has become more and more important to understand the importance of injury prevention and core strength.  With pupils unable to climb trees and carry out tasks that naturally strengthen the core, we are witnessing an increase in non-impact injuries amongst boys and girls within Prep Schools.  Prolonged time at computers or hunched over work is leading to poor posture and added stress on backs in particular.
