Newbury Racecourse, Newbury
Newbury Racecourse is a top class track situated close to the town centre. It hosts some of the finest flat and jumping action throughout the year with major races held under both codes.
As one would expect at a high class venue the facilities are excellent. The Premier Enclosure actually has two Grandstands: The Hampshire and Berkshire Stands. Both are well maintained and there is seating both inside and out. Viewing is good from both stands and one of the features of the Hampshire Stand is some excellent tiered seating, behind glass, so that even in the most inclement of weather it is possible to sit and view the racing in comfort. 95% of the external stands are under cover.
